Terms and Conditions: November 2026 Free Foot Assessment Giveaway

1. Promoter
The promoter is Burton Chiropody and Podiatry Ltd, 155 Station Street, Burton On Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1BG (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter
3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
3.2 To enter, entrants must: (a) like the competition post on the Burton Chiropody and Podiatry Facebook page or Instagram account; (b) follow Burton Chiropody and Podiatry on both Facebook and Instagram; and (c) leave a comment on the competition post.
3.3 Entrants may enter once on Facebook and once on Instagram, giving a maximum of two entries per person. Additional comments will not count as further entries.
3.4 No purchase is necessary.
3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated, made from a fake or duplicate account, or otherwise not in keeping with these terms.

4. The prize
4.1 There is one prize: a free foot assessment at Burton Chiropody and Podiatry 155 Station Street, Burton On Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1BG, with a value of £90.
4.2 The prize covers the assessment only. Any treatment, products, or follow-up appointments recommended as a result of the assessment will be charged at the clinic’s standard rates and are entirely optional.
4.3 The assessment must be booked and taken by 31 January 2027, subject to appointment availability. The assessment takes place in clinic only; home visits are not available.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

5. Winner selection
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries across both platforms by 4 December 2026.
5.2 The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered through. The winner must respond within 7 days. If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
5.3 The Promoter will only ever contact the winner from its official Burton Chiropody and Podiatry accounts and will never ask for bank or card details. Please report any account claiming to contact you about this competition that asks for payment details.

6. Winner announcement
6.1 The winner’s first name and town will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, with the winner’s consent.
6.2 The winner’s name and county can be requested by writing to the Promoter at the address above within one month of the closing date.

7. Data protection
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely to run this competition and to contact the winner, in line with the Promoter’s privacy policy at www.burtonchiropody.co.uk. It will not be passed to third parties.

8. Facebook and Instagram
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, entrants release Meta and its platforms from any liability connected with the competition.

9. General
9.1 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9.2 The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition.
9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
9.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
